Policies
Cancellations received more than 21 days from your scheduled arrival date will be
refunded less a $25 per room, per night cancellation charge.  For cancellations within 21
days of your scheduled arrival date, if we are able to re-book the room we will issue you
a gift certificate for the amount of your stay less the $25 per room, per night cancellation
charge.  You may switch your reservation to another name without penalty.

  1. Check in between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM, check out by 11:00 AM.  If you will be in
    San Diego before 3:00 PM, we can hold your bags while you visit the surrounding
    area, however in this situation we request that you call 619.669.3100 with a
    minimum of 30 minutes advance notice prior to your actual arrival.  Advance notice
    is required for check-in after 9:00 PM;
  2. Advance approval is required for children under 16;
  3. Sorry, no pets allowed;
  4. In accordance with California law, this is a non-smoking facility.  There is one
    designated smoking area on the property;
  5. Alcohol in limited quantities only.  No drugs.  No loud, dangerous, disruptive, or
    destructive behavior.  Management reserves the right to terminate your stay at our
    sole discretion in the event of inappropriate behavior, and no refund will be issued.
  6. This is a private facility offering rooms by invitation only.  We reserve the right to
    refuse service at our sole discretion.
  7. Use of all facility equipment is at your own risk.
  8. Rates are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to require
    minimum stays for specific days of the week or dates.
  9. Each room must be occupied by at least one guest 25 years of age or older.
  10. Jamul Haven has a two night minimum stay.
